Sad part about it all is that, although La La La wouldn't have been as successful a single as Lollipop (Allegedly the lead single for the originally-intended-for-official-release rendition of C3), it's a way better song. There is no denying that. Or any of the singles from C3. Only thing I would keep from the final tracklisting is Shoot Me Down, Dr. Carter, OG Mr. Carter, Tie My Hands, and Let The Beat Build (Which I used to hate with a passion.).

Exactly, to me a classic has to not only have top-notch songs but defines an era. Tha Carter 3 songs varied from okay to great, with singles like a milli and lollipop which are arguably two of the best singles of in rap of the past five years. But the album was more than that with the leaks, the tours and mixtapes made it one of the most anticipated albums. Most importantly was how it proved Wayne is a rap legend. The numbers this album did were evidence that Wayne had reached his title of best rapper alive. The sales were equally representative of the quality of the carter 3 and all his other music. Tha Carter 3 is a classic because it was the pinnacle of Lil Wayne's rap career.

First 2 carter albums are classic. on c3 phone home is so out of place on this album.but classic.

first half of c4 is untouchable. only thing that stopped it being an outright classic is he could of signed out with a better song or better verse on 'its good' considering it would be followed by outro.
