TMZ for the most part is pretty accurate when it comes to what they report.
In this case however I would believe anyone in Waynes camp over TMZ.
They very could have been sold/told bad information. You saw how many people were talking bout Wayne (that dont normally even mention him)
Regardless I do believe he had another seizure so either way his health isnt the best.

Lets just think about it though. The death of Lil Wayne would be a HUGE story. Every news station would be wanting to talk about it. The story would probably receive as much publicity as when Michael Jackson died. Lil Wayne is the definition of rap music. He's an icon. The entire world would want to know the truth.
