I sort of agree with what he said, if you're prepping to be a doctor you'd know that sudden pressure on the head can affect the brain and cause seizures etc, although it shouldn't go on for so long unless he got an autoimmune response or if there is a piece broken in the skull or maybe an infarction, the doctors really need to get to the bottom of this ASAP.
