Wayne wouldn't set a health issue up. He's had seizures last year and had Drake and Nicki there as well as others. So many people tweeted about him saying that he's fine, I doubt he put everybody in on this "setup".

And besides don't you think if it was he would've tried pushing IANAHB2 out there more for promotion? He called it shit basically and mentioned it for like 2.5 seconds lol.

Yes but what about his other albums like Carter series or other stuff that he put huge promotion on? I still think he didn't stage this at all. You could think whatever you want about how he feels about his own album but you can't really sit there and believe he faked going to the hospital.
