Good wayne needs to realize this shit blows. Some songs are really good but then you listen to Drought 3 and its like two different people.

That's probably because drought 3 was like 6 years ago. People change. Drought 3 Wayne said everything he needed to say.

If his main focus was still rap, the entire album would sound like the first third, but he's been mainstream for so long that listeners would still be bitching. Remember back to Dedication 2, Wayne said he'd go down for something else aside from rapping - this album is a part of Wayne accomplishing that. For instance, during the Drought 3 era, I never would have thought that one of my all time favorite Wayne songs would be rock, Back To You proved me wrong...
