Future recently called into Big Boy’s Neighborhood radio show on Power 106 to chat about how it feels to be himself right now and to be his own boss.
The Astronaut Kid also talked about Jimi Hendrix, his relationship with Ciara, her upcoming self-titled album, charging her for work on a song, how they met, her beef with Rihanna, if he considers himself an MC or not, the MTV “Hottest MCs In The Game” list, if we have seen the best of him yet, and the 2013 Powerhouse concert!
At the end of the interview, Future Hendrix discussed the Emmett Till line Lil Wayne rapped on his “Karate Chop” remix. He says Wayne brought light in a positive way, because a lot of people (including Future’s father) did not know who Emmett Till was and it was also educational, because a lot of people had to go and do their research about the story.
