I'm from Serbia and I knew who Emmit Till was before this song. I didn't know everything about him, I just knew what happened. But after Karate Chop I had to dig a little bit more so I would now why Till family was getting hurt so much. I read and after that I figured that the line was not on place and should not have been said in song. But it's not the end of the world. They made so much out of it..

That line was not educational but it lead people to get educated about Till subject, so I get what Future was saying.

And if this is something you're learning in school than you are totally fucked up. This should be known to every human being in USA without schooling. So many even more brutal kills all around the world but no one is learning that stuff in school. Whole Emmit Till case is too pumped up.. #NoDisrespectToTillFamily #DontSueMe

This sounds ignorant TBH. This (for us african americans) was a major event in our long struggle to gain civil rights. This murder had a reason behind it, and it was basically about him being black. We were fighting for rights and this was a pivotal point on our road to where we are now.

Read my post again. I never said Wayne line was educational and I didn't say it was good that he said it.. it was wrong and bad and shouldn't have said that, I already wrote that.

I didnt learn about him on google or at school.. I saw it on T.V lol then shortly after in school too. College tho

yeah tv, u think they showin (often) emmit till on tv outside of america, so the kids know about him? and most kids dont go to a college as well
