History is by far the most boring subject ever taught in school. You think people will remember hip hop history any better than their own country's?
If you're a producer/rapper in the industry, that's part of stuff you should know about, at least to get an idea of how you can build your work. Casual people like me aren't interested in that, so how the hell would we remember?
