Because having high expectations for anything is far better than having low expectations for it.

You can't possibly know if it's not gonna live to my or anyones hype.
Sample that they took, name, and the fact that it's Ross and Wayne song, are just enough for me to know that this is gonna be one hell of a joint.

i never really have expectations cause you either get disappointed (what is really possible) or you get wht you expected, i think its the best just to wait and don't waste your time with thinkin bout how great the song will be like.

          "Lil Wayne Can Still Rap

On album closer "Thug Cry," Wayne delivers one of his most heartfelt and actually well-written verses in years, spanning and harkening back to Tha Carter III's "Tie My Hands." It's good to hear Wayne be Wayne again. "

Guys, difference between back then and now is what they're saying. Back then, we've heard stuff like "Wayne killed it!", "Wayne went in", etc. and stuff along those lines. This time they're saying it's a heartfelt/deep Wayne verse which is something that really isn't said or exaggerated because heartfelt generally means the same to everyone as opposed to saying something subjective as "he killed it".
