  • The Price For Another Lil Wayne Solo Album: $35 Million

It’s time to officially clear up any confusion surrounding the release of Tha Carter V and if it will really be Lil Wayne’s final solo excursion. The Young Money leader says that the only time you’re going to hear him after his next release will be when he adds work to Young Money compilations, Like Father, Like Son-esque projects, or if something random happens to pop up.
When asked if the next installment of Tha Carter series would be his last, Weezy paused for several seconds just before taking a deep breath and stating that he would only do another solo project if he were to receive $25 to $35 million. They’re taking this Rich Gang thing to a completely different level. I guess it’s fuck you, pay me!

So I guess this is his last solo album unless the record company is gonna pay him that much which I doubt

If Tha Carter V sells over a Milli first week and over 5 mill total I guarantee the label will pay him 25 mil.

Birdman will talk down that price tag if Wayne being serious lol.

Holy shit. Idk how to feel about this lol.

Carter 5 gonna have that feeling to it that no other Wayne album had then considering this really officially may just be his final solo album and the official end to one of Hip Hop's biggest most known album series.

In the meantime, Weezy is hard at work on his next album -- so hard that he told us, "It seems like it will be impossible for me to work this hard again for anything else."

                        Damn...hopefully he's srs

"I personally plan on this being my final solo album, yes and it's definitely the final Carter album. It's the final Carter album. It's stopping at five,"

That's it guys C5...last Carter album...hopefully he ends it right...A hip hop legendary series coming to an end...
