^If this is actually a song, then yes. It's one of the worst songs he's ever done. But if it's just him freestylin' over a beat he made an actual song with, then I'd be hard-pressed to believe that this is a sign of things to come. The candor is what I came here for. It's a relief to see at a time when it's hard being a Wayne fan due to his mediocre contemporary output.
