It's hard to price since there's nothing built in a similar design but if you compare bd, ba and sqft then $18M is a few mill over the price it's worth.

When people say Birdman was "stealing his money" it's not that he was going into his bank accounts and taking out millions or stealing his assets and shit. It's that he wasn't paying him what he was owed. If Wayne is worth 150 million now he probably would be worth more if Birdman paid him what he was meant to.
