Lauren London opened up about why fans don't really see pictures of the son she and Lil Wayne have together.
Fans waiting to see a snapshot of BET The Game star Lauren London’s son that she has with Lil Wayne might have to wait for her to start posting snapshots on Instagram.
Considering London rarely shares photos of the young boy, many might have forgotten that the actress and the rapper have a child together. She recently spoke with Hip Hollywood and revealed why, unlike many other celebrities, she doesn’t like to upload pictures of her son.
“I’ve always been very private. I just have. I don’t post pictures of my son because he’s a child. I just don’t feel I need to be in the business of promoting my son. It’s nobody’s business.
When these lives are over I’m a mother, I’m a woman, I’m a daughter, I’m a friend. And that’s all that matters to me.”
London was hit with lots of backlash after it came out that she and Lil Wayne and a child together. She cleared the air with Skin Deep author Kathleen Cross back in 2011.
She said many think “that my son is the result of some kind of one night stand or groupie encounter with his father. I struggle with deciding when to answer or ignore the constant speculation about my private life, because I feel like that doesn’t belong to anybody but me.”
She went on reveal that she and Lil wayne were actually engaged at one point and met when she was just 15-years-old.
