I kind of agree with this, but it depends on what Drake is getting. If he's only getting a contract to release music through there than nah. But, if he's actually getting part ownership of it than that would make sense.

I think this is essentially Wayne "signing to" or joining with Jay. They were so close to a working relationship when he almost jumped to the Roc that this relationship will be more than just an association. I expect great things to come and Wayne finally making updated Jay, Ye, and even Rihanna collabs. I'm sure Wayne's longstanding respect of Sean will also play a role. GOODMoney

Why are so many people getting the idea that Wayne is gonna sign with Jay or end up in that camp or whatever because he's on this Tidal shit? Isn't the whole point of a streaming service to have as much music as possible available? Aren't there a ton of people on it?

I have zero interest in this streaming shit anyhow. Give me a cd rom anyday.

I dont think this has anything to do with Wayne signing with Jay at all. Roc Nation is entirely separate from TiDal. Jay has loads of artists involved in TiDal, they arent signed to him.

I don't know that Jay even did. Wayne is a co owner, Wayne would've had to pay to be a co owner of the company. He now gets a share of the profits
