    Smart move by Birdman tbh..
He's gonna stretch this shit so much, that it most likely won't end, ever..
And Wayne will only have option to retire or drop mixtapes for rest of his life, or to accept Birdmans terms..

Birdman dumb as fuck really. Like Hov is gonna do anything that's gonna get him sued, he's a way smarter business man than Baby. He won't get anywhere with this lawsuit. Think BM getting desperate.

This shouldn't effect anything to do with Waynes lawsuit with BM.

to be honest this could all be done with if hip hop had a player association like in sports, think about it labels are like teams pretty much and hip hop is a competition for like 90% of these rappers claiming to be the best ..

According to TMZ, newly filed court documents show that Birdman is going after Jay and Tidal for $50 million for streaming the project, as they maintain that they own all of the exclusive rights to Wayne's music and he made the deal with Tidal illegally.

The lawsuit states that Tidal claimed that Cash Money doesn't have that exclusive ownership, and that Wayne gave them the go ahead and exclusively stream his music in return for part ownership in Tidal. The lawsuit apparently points out specific portions of Wayne's Cash Money contract, which he is currently trying to get out of, where it states that he doesn't have the power to license his music to anyone else. Wayne's Free Weezy Album dropped exclusively on Tidal earlier this month, and followed Wayne's official announcement that he had linked a deal for the project with Jay and the company.

This lawsuit also comes right on the heels of an official indictment out of Atlanta that makes it sound like Birdman and Young Thug, who was just arrested and charged with drugs and weapons violations, plotted to kill Wayne. We will continue to update this story as more details become available.

I am pretty sure that u know what I am going to write
                  lets get this
cash money gets at least $10 of per album sale hard copy and iTunes one maybe more than $14
may be more now as price per CD is more
a $1 of each single sale
everything is owned by cash money so
licensing music n every line of a verse
its a overall thing not just one aspect
and on top of that also cash money gets percentage of weezy's income

Only 100000 copies sold means 1 milli for cash money
as even the not on demand album has gone platinum that's been put out by weezy so 10 milli only on US soil
of course they have to pay the contributors

All these r based on FWA being a solid work being better or par to IANAHB
still 50 milli looks far fetched but with right promotion they would have reached that...
I call my dick life cause bitches makes it hard
