The 32-year-old Lollipop rapper performed at the Jones Beach Theater in New York as the headliner act for the Billboard Hot 100 Festival on Saturday August 22.

But according to PageSix, Lil Wayne suffered a momentary mental lapse when he arrived at the event, as the musician was completely bemused on his location.

'He looked around and was like, 'I thought this was supposed to be the Billboard Music Awards',' a source told the outlet.

Apparently Lil Wayne was exhausted beyond belief when he arrived at the Billboard Hot 100 Festival.
