Yeah IMO. He even said he thought it was his best work yet himself. I originally ranked it 3rd behind Carter III and Carter II when I first heard it but the more I listened to it the more it grew on me.

just because they're throwaways doesn't mean it can't be good. Kendrick released an album full of them that were great.

Nah... throwaways are songs that didn't make an album. For example Kendricks TPAB. Wayne actually used his good material for FWA. I bet most of those would have made a C5 tracklist if it dropped around that time.

They were on the C5 tentative track list, so they were a part of C5 sessions. Most likely all the songs we've heard are the worst of the bunch. So FWA is the UU to Wayne's C5... Don't say those are his best songs because if he was putting his best we'd heard the Kendrick song, the Bieber song, the Justin Timberlake song, etc.

Wayne said he made upwards of 100 songs during the C5 sessions & they were all good enough to go on an album hence him deciding to make "Da Other Album". Of course he would save the big features for the Carter tape but I think all the songs we got would have definitely been released in album format one way or another.
