Some of you guys amuse me. People torrenting his albums don't effect how he gets paid from Tidal.

When he signed with them, he got paid. He gets paid for being an artist. Not how many people sign up just to hear it. I'm sure he gets paid the more people stream his music, but he already gets paid up front to release his music on their site.

Tidal probably offered Wayne more money than Apple to sign with them. Plus, getting to work with your idol would be huge. Bigger names are signed to Tidal than Apple anyways. Bey, Jay, Kanye, Rih, Nicki and now Wayne. That lineup is stacked compared to Apple's.

Wayne is doing fine.
