This nigga Wayne get a pass for clashing "Against" instead of trying to harmoniously syncopate the delivery of his contribution to the chorus "With" Kent Jones. This happens right before his verse, only to signify/signal the transitioning between his ruined rendition of a previously perfected hook and the next dozen-and-a-half mediocre bars that feel like all but 40 secs of wasted time and energy. This was a quick paycheck. And Pitbull held his own. This must be the second time Pitbull has out-rapped Wayne on a track. First being The Dammit Man Remix. Because Wayne sucked on that also.
