Because FWA was complete trash and basically was the album that ruined his reputation and turned him from one of the most relevant rappers to another T.I trying hard to stay relevant. whack autotune, whack punchlines, whack singing trying to sound like thug or whatever new rappers sound like. C5 wasn't released because Wayne was getting 0 hype for that shit, no one wanted to listen to that shit. Why would any record label release such an album if they aren't going to profit from it?

ianahb2 had decent production but wack rapping and projects like nc2 had bad production but decent rapping
