Long story short: I used to be a hater.
I was an obsessed Eminem fan, it was the cool thing to do to hate Wayne.

Now I'm a new Wayne fan! I'm 24, started listening to Wayne last year.

I have been lurking for the past couple months..
Y'all sleeping seriously! Complaining everyday about Carter V, new songs and shit..

When I was like 17 I remember reading something on the news about lil Wayne.
That he was going to " retire " at 35 with Carter V as his last album.

Weezy is 34 years old right now....
new radio show, 3 tour koming soon. Working in the lab for the big surprise....

I think this was all planned to let his artists ( Nicki and drake ) shine.
I don't think he is going to completely retire after Carter V.
He is going to do like Jay-Z. Couple songs, projects here and there...etc. You get the picture...

If I push my theory, I can say that:
Wayne did like Eminem. He took a break for the past couple years... Before to make a comeback.

According to what I see, weezy is going to drop a mixtape / project This summer ( his relapse- refill album )

and then the real comeback...
Carter V in September..
( his Recovery album... )
You get the idea...

Also;
Weezy might use the help of Ariana Grande for commercial success just like Eminem did with I love the way you lie and Monster with Rihanna...

This is a major reach, but that could be the case. I highly doubt it although i do see where you're coming from with this. Wayne did say he wants to retire after Carter V & did say at 35 he's done. But i don't think that's the case anymore after the lawsuit. The lawsuit went on for over two years & there was an extreme lack of music during that time. I think he'll still be going after 35 cause of that, unless Wayne just puts out ALLL the music he's recorded over the past few years. Could you imagine if Wayne dropped all the albums he's talked about all in 2017 (Probably will not happen). All the attention would be on him.
I hope we get some news on some music soon tho
