Wayne won't be at Roots Picnic today

Due to unfortunate medical reasons that occurred yesterday, Lil Wayne will not be performing at Roots Picnic. His management has said that he is at home resting and feeling better, however due to doctors orders, he cannot travel today.

so another health scare or a can't be bothered going excuse? what do we think?
