Basically Wayne is claiming that cash money and universal are in bed together in order to obtain profits from both Drake and Nicki they were close to settling the C5 Issue but are feuding with one another now for ownership of Drake and Nicki

In regards to whether or not this is good news or bad news, I think this actually could be good news. The fact Wayne's legal team feels it is in the position to expand, or "amend", this current lawsuit to include Universal, can be seen as a sign of confidence.

For example, if it looked like Wayne's legal team was just trying to settle for some lesser amount than the $51 million, it would probably be because they knew the court was looking at their case unfavorably. Contrarily, they're pushing for even more money here, which I doubt they would be doing if they didn't think the court was gonna rule in their favor and make it pay off.

Hopefully this will put pressure on the side of Birdman/Cash Money/Universal to try and bury this case, by offering a sizable amount to Wayne as a settlement before matters get worse.
