im pretty sure all of waynes mixtapes been uploaded to youtube in the past its a technicality because they are making money off advertisements not music sales so it shouldn't be effected by that

I doubt that's the reason. Majority of listens wouldn't be on youtube anyway. And I swear youtube has actually stopped paying if there is swearing or any 'inappropriate' content in the videos?
