So this is what Tez meant when he said they’re working on it? I mean, it’s an update I guess but they don’t seem any closer to solving the issue.

Knowing Tez, he probably saw a lot of people tagging him on Instagram which annoyed him, so he decided to file the motion AFTER he saw that post just to shut them up. You mean to tell me YM didn’t notice the missing documents before? And Wayne only waited until recently to file the motion? But I remember reading in 2016 about missing documents so what took them so long? It just shows that Tez or Wayne or whoever isn’t really fighting the case as hard as they want us to believe, at least that’s what I think because surely they should’ve done all of this ages ago?

The longer this lawsuit goes on, the more I feel like Wayne, Tez & Mack aren't telling the entire truth. They say C5 isn't being released because of Baby, but Baby says its because of Wayne, they all keep saying the opposite of each other, there must be a lot more to it. And if Wayne's version is correct, why did he only wait until C5 not being released to admit that Cash Money & Universal weren't paying YM? Why wait so many years? He's suing Cash Money for $51 million & said Baby spent $70 million of the $100 million advance, that's a lot of money, surely Wayne would've realized years ago what was going on, cause even if someone stole just $10 from me, I'd notice and make it an problem lol

Wayne said himself that he can drop C5 whenever he wants but he won't until he gets the money. Seems like this has probably been going on for years behind the scenes and Wayne just finally lost his patience when he sent those tweets way back when. This shit is going to keep dragging on and on.

When you say he won't drop C5 until he gets the money, do you mean the $8 million advance for C5? But let's say Baby did give Wayne the advance money and so Wayne released C5, that doesn't take away the fact that Wayne's still been robbed all those years. So if C5 came out, he wouldn't have complained about the $70 million Baby spent or him not paying YM? That doesn't make any sense to me, there has to me more to the story. But yh you're right, its probably been going on for years, we just never knew. I hope this gets solved soon but that probably won't happen. I can't see Wayne & Baby being close like how they were before but I do miss those days tbh, I grew up on them

Only Lord knows why it's taking so long, it doesn't make any sense, this is why I think there's a lot more to it than we know. I don't think we are any closer, Baby said we'll get C5 this year but he literally says that every year. And even if C5 did get released this year, Cash Money & Universal still need to pay YM what they're owed, so that wouldn't really solve anything. If C5 got released before the lawsuit is over, that just means Cash Money & Universal owe Wayne even MORE money and theres no logic in that considering they cant even pay Wayne what he's owed already, plus the C5 advance. Maybe I'm just looking into everything too deeply, but a lot of what both of them are saying actually makes no sense.

At the end of the day, Wayne's his own man, nobody can force him to do anything, but it really should be HIM explaining his side of the story, not Mack Maine or Tez. And Birdman should also explain his side of the story properly instead of pretending him & Wayne are still cool. "Wayne's my son", "y'all get C5 this year" etc, stfu, he literally just says the same thing all the time now. Wayne and Baby both can't be right, someones gotta be lying

and the documentation they have provided there is a lot of it and its very repetitive so its taking a long time to process which explains the massive delay
