It wasn't a surprise to me, I've always said that I can hear a Cam'ron influence in the way Wayne raps. I remember when Drake, Big Sean & Ludacris were beefing about who stole who's flow, that supa dupa flow/hashtag rap flow, but Cam'ron came up with that flow first in my opinion. Maybe it was Wayne, but I'm pretty sure it was Cam'ron, plus Wayne's fashion style was even influenced by Dipset

Well I can understand why he would say Cam because Wayne obviously fucks with Dipset heavily but out of the three I would have expected Juelz before Cam.

Yeah I get what you mean, I thought the same thing when I first saw that list tbh, but I get why he said Cam. Since he said UGK and 8Ball & MJG, he should've just said Dipset too since they're all groups. I think its a good list though, I'm glad he didn't say all the cliche rappers like Tupac, Biggie, Jay Z, Nas etc (even though I'm a fan of them)
