this is wrong from billboard on so many levels

i think there is an inner and outer cover. Wayne got inner. Billboard did this because Bhad Bhabie paid to have the front cover (I heard she paid 45k, not sure though). She openly bragged about it on instagram.

imo billboard wasn't wrong for this. end of the day they're a business right, gotta make money first
