lil wayne crwn/tidal interview
i dont have tidal(sadly) and i dont know how to post the video without subscription,iI`ll update when its out though so untill then i thought i just post the link from hnhh(starting at 8pmCT/9pmET):

Following the release of Lil Wayne’s long-awaited Tha Carter V, the Grammy Award-winning rapper will sit down with TIDAL’s Director of Culture & Content, Elliott Wilson, for "CRWN: A Conversation with Elliott Wilson & Lil Wayne." With "CRWN" marking Lil Wayne’s first live interview since dropping Tha Carter V, TIDAL will exclusively livestream the conversation from the rapper’s hometown, New Orleans where they will discuss the acclaimed new album and much more.
they also created some type of playlist untill the interview is out its all in the link..

So apperently mack maine wanted c5 to be a 40song project and chop it up in more then just one album and for example drop pt.1 on the 28th and part 2 the next day as a surprise..
Wayne also said that they're trying to figure out what to do with the other songs..
Also he doesnt know if there will be a Carter 6..now that the CM logo wont be on his projects anymore he can start fresh and there's also the opportunity for him to leave the carter series behind and start something new cause he's not on cash money anymore.
He hasnt heard C5 yet and some songs are very old as we already new..
Dark side of the moon was recorded pretty recently..
He didnt know who xxxtentacion was lol
Drake song didnt get cleared because of the sample thats why he wasnt on the project..
Also funny that wayne doesnt know many of his songs lyrics,a girl rapped an old part from him and he didnt know it was him..but its dope he said..
(he said that dedicate sounded chinese lol either wayne smokes too much,forgets all the lyrics cause he dont write anything down or i dont know lol)
He also apologised for being late..
