It literally wasn't. Granted Wikipedia isn't the most accurate source, but if you wanted to check there it says it was a Tidal exclusive release. The only reason I got the album was because I had to get a free trial from Tidal to listen to it. I have an iTunes account and it was never released on iTunes.
