I think LA Traffic was probably a scrapped Wayne song and he doesn't even know (or remembers) it was given to Twist. Probably similar to the other recycled verse Twist just used. I can't even remember Wayne every promoting Twist's recent music. So i think he repurposed this verse for Dex (a long time ago) and didn't realize they gave it to twist.
