Idk D6/ reloaded had some creativity and I do feel like songs like light years, and what about me show his most creative lane at this point. Which is still still something that rappers of his caliber have never done. But he was def creative through 2017. Love me Better, Mula Remix, and No problems are all creative within the last 3 years. And he for sure was getting better through 2015 with dam near every feature not mention songs like I’m nice or some of them other sftw2 songs

But yeah I don’t think I heard anything creative post D6 reloaded.

Uproar was nice but nothing he hadn’t done before

name me an artist who can do songs like wayne did on FWA and C5 the raw versatility no artist could hope to touch that sort of versatility thats ART his ability to sing is a talent in of its self but im talking versatility the ability to cover a range of subject matters and beats these artists would DIE for that ability wayne been blessed with that and as listeners we are blessed to be able to hear it remember in c3 era wayne said that was his goal all along to be the ultimate artist i feel personally he reached that rock shit does become part of that equation but its not his strength and he hasn't touched rock since IANAHB2 C5 is the album we dreamed about as fans back in 2007 him expressing a number of sounds and nailing them working with relevant artists hearing introspective bars i bet if you dig round the forum about your "dream album" C5 would fit that quota but because wayne fans cant leave the past behind them and just appreciate what wayne doing in the present

Bruh, all Wayne has ever really done is rap a bunch of words. Yeah he’s got songs with concept, but he’s also got a bunch of songs with no concept where he’s literally just rapping. Wayne has been signed to a label ever since a child. He’s not gonna have that much subject to rap about when he’s been living the same life for over 60% of his time here. That’s why Eminem was so great about staying on subject. He didn’t get signed till almost 30 years old so he had that much time of being a normal person, not too mention his life was absolute shit. bro deep sleep and weak for sure better than them songs. them songs legit impressed me like in a state of awe at moments. especially the first flow wayne used on weak. thts once again a new flow tht no one has ever used in rap. and deep sleep is a lyrical work of art. them two pusha songs are the same flow he always be using and it aint even impressive

and d6 was decent just cuz it had filler. if it was trimmed to its top like 16 songs itd be a classic. no one talkin about it cuz no one really heard it outside of his fans. he's not on tht level where anthing he drops is a must listen to the general public. which maybe is benefitting him cuz he hasnt really made a project without filler since no ceilings. every project since then is half and half. half is fye the other half forgettable.
