If I had to guess, they probably didn't have any choice, other than using that, or making one up. But if they are fans of Wayne and know how it gets with leaks and wanting all the tracks, they probably didn't want to float some fake track names lmao. Or, Maybe something happened with them respecting Wayne and asking for his approval due to how sensitive the lawsuit and stuff was, and Wayne basically said okay, but to not use the original listing as to not fuel info on "unreleased music" since he's probably oblivious to all the recent leaks.
