I would say the size of his gauge is either a 2, 0, or 00. I, myself never went lower than a 6, because of job opportunities.

He's a regular human being and the rules apply to him like it applies to anyone else. Hell yeah, I'd hate to see what he'll look like when his dreads are cut, but just because he's a celebrity doesn't make him better than anyone else. They don't care that he's the best rapper alive, I'm pretty sure they know it. It's their law. He's just owning up to his responsibility. IF he does cut it, since obviously I'm missing a fact here that he's obliging it or something, he'll at least look decent with a nice edge up (or whatever you boys call it ).
