just cause hes done 20 tracks doesnt mean we will have a c4 album while hes in there. for one fact. its a fucking album and not a throw away mixtape. albums are professional none the less, esp. when your a superstar like lil wayne. its not always about the music in this industry anymore.

You know he has about 50-60 songs for every album and then makes his choice? So his album is 1/3 finished you could say
