For me it's in the order they came out.
C1- It had that street sound to it, and that's my favorite type of music.
C2- You could hear how layed back and relaxed Wayne was with this album, u could just chill to it.
C3- Not a bad album at all, like some of the comments said: Dr. Carter, Let The Beat Build etc. was original. Like who had a song where Hip Hop was a patient in a hospital (Dr. Carter). So this album unleashed the originalality. I think the thing is that the singles Wayne chose were imo the worst songs on the album, and that's how people criticize it.
In the back of my mind I think C4 will just bring all the Carters into one.
Buy ya Tha Carter's my favorite.
"Armed and dangerous, rich and famous, young and restless
Guns and stretchers
Cristal and dubs for breakfast
I just got one suggestion - none should test him
'Cause cuz get hectic; send one through your sons intestines
Glocks knock lungs from chests, you get the portrait?
Bodies piled up on porches, it won't be gorgeous"
carter 3 is seriously underrated, the kids who say carter 2 is better just want to sound cool lol...to be honest with you tho id say they are about equal, but i would give the slight advantage to "tha carter II"
I Started Loving Wayne's Music Around C2 Time.
