i have been to the house on La Gorce island in miami that he lives in and that motherfucker is huge lol i can see why he doesnt need this condo anymore. But he does have a condo with a studio in it so i wonder if this is that one. in the nino brown story 2 he shows you around his condo with all his clothes and shit and he has a studio. maybe another artist would buy it if its the one im talking about
