i hope hes talking about his fans. he probably is considering hes telling them he loves all hid true fans a lot now before he gets locked up.

You don't know who they are about, what they are about, or anything about them.
So you can't really make the comment you did.

He Please's Alot Of People But He Wants To Please More. But For Now He's Only Pleasing One Specific Person (bullseye) Thats What i Got..

My problem is that I aim to please, --> His goal is to please whoever it may be, his fans I'm guessing.

and it seems as if need a higher target... --> He means he want's to do more than just please

but for now, "bullseye" --> He has met his goal of pleasing


The target and bullseye are just metaphors for his goals. This is just what I got from it.
