In the roman days opera singers had their balls cut off to always have a high voice.
Usher definatly cut his off cause at 16 peoples voices are definatly lower than that.

they already made the song. They said on one of the days when wayne didnt go to jail he went to the studio and made a song or verse for or with bieber. I think it could be tight.
