its pretty simple:
cuz he's lil wayne, n like he's said before, he does what he wants. if he wants to record 10 mixtapes and put them out for free one after the other, he's gon do that. if he wants to record a rock album, he's gon do it (which he is lol). hell i bet if he wanted to he'd drop a country album n kill it too.
