Birdman never cleared Weezy's verse for Joc to use. but some dude leaked it when Joc was tellin him not to.

He didn't leak it to the net. Yesterday, b4 it leaked, he was arguing with someone guy on twitter telling him not to leak it, but the guy did it anyway...

Obviously, Joc gave it to some ppl, but he didn't leak it to the net.

Seeing as no-one understands the law let me explain....

Using someone elses written or audio work without consent is illegal.

Yes there is the case where a rapper may say 2 lines of another artists work but that's not illegal. It has to be enough to show that it is someone elses work e.g. 8 bars.

Joc may very well be sued for this verse now as permission was not given for him to release the song with Wayne's vocals on. I'm sure Birdman will just settle up with Joc and get money owed to him for the guest spot and that's it.

If they wish to sue then Joc and the person who leaked it can be sued.
