Boo koo is a term used in New Orleans means a lot or much of.

i always assumed that he was saying beaucoup which is the french word for lots
so it's the same
but seeing as he's from new orleans i guess boo koo make sense too
ah i just looked it up actually and it says that the new orleans phrase came from the french word so i wasnt too wrong

i always thought he was sayin google fine lol

i can tell alot of you arent from down south.. lol anyways this is one of my fav lines... the tootsie roll was a big dance here in florida in like in 98/99 where you move your legs in and out with your hands on your knees.. lol (youtube it) now think of a butterfly doing that... it makes me laugh everytime i hear it!!!!!

first line means if you fuck with him he will destroy your family/home as if a womans husband went to war and got a letter back saying he died at war or something.

second line means he is calm and at peace like muslim religious people but he is also muslim like the bomb, meaning suicide bombers and the last part is self explanatory, he is a beast on the track and 'beats' it up like a hundred arms would beat up a person, the track being the person in this case.

third line says he is funky like under arms, funky can be used to describe smelly pits, like he says but he really is saying he is cool or something similar. the engineer must be his producer or somebody and they are recording a storm meaning they are recording a lot of good music.

fourth line says My hunger forms then rings the alarm, which means that when he is 'hungry' for money or drugs or something like that ring the alarm because it will be dangerous when he gets 'hungry'. the carter 2 was nice but the 3rd time a charm refers to the carter 3 and he's saying the carter 2 was good but the carter 3 will be even better.

that is just my take at it.
