Jaime is correct, after he stated the rules were broken they shouldn't have been again, the OP has issued an apology though so a warning is fair and not a ban. A ban should come if they are broken for advertising again.
Secondly Wayne can sue if his image is used without consent but he wouldn't unless it was in a bad light cause it's pointless if it's getting his image on t-shirts etc and not saying something like "Kill Lil Wayne" with a picture of him.
