They were going to DNA test it if Wayne pleaded not guilty.
To make it easier, because he knew he was guilty, he made a deal for 1 year. He would have got around 3
if he pleaded not guilty and was found guilty.

that was his manager, cortez bryant, but it still wouldnt matter, if it was tez's gun he and wayne would get charged, tez for owning the gun without a license and wayne for it being in his tour bus, since it was waynes bus, it ultimately makes him responsible
