He recorded 20 new songs for Tha Carter IV before he went in. That is how he is going to release new tracks while locked up.

My guess is it will go like this:

Wayne will feature on 1 - 2 tracks per mixtape from YM/CM artists.
Drake will drop a TML single featuring Wayne
Nicki will drop an album single featuring Wayne
They'll be dropping videos in between all of these features
Then at around the 5 - 6 month mark we'll get a C4 single and video

They don't need to drop solo Wayne tracks, there is plenty of feature tracks coming out that keep everyone listening and on top of that people like all of YM get heard more as people will download the tracks featuring Wayne.

Well I think because most of the releases are leaks so they don't wnat it released but yet it does.

It might be just me, but ever since tune has gotten locked up, the amount of new music has slowed down considerably. Not to mention, where is all these videos that he was doing?

Maybe its just me, but I was just ezpecting new music at a more frequent rate. Besides the willy wonka and drip track, he hasn't really released any new music...or should I say there hasn't been nearly as many leaks of his music.

Hopefully we get new wayne music/videos soon.

they are taking their time with it. why release it all at once. they gotta spread it out over time just like his jail sentence.
