Why does he stress that Wayne is the dopest MC, but not rapper? What is the friggin difference?

an MC is a master of ceremonies which means u rock the crowd and ur not just a rapper. a rapper is somethat that just says words nd ppl appreciate the words. an MC gets the crowd has the swag rocks a stadium nd if u ever been to a wayne concert....its a fuckin event or a show not just a rap concert

I totally agree....that is why i say eminem is the best rapper alive...Lil Wayne is the best mc...because his has the entire package...which denotes and MC....He moves the crowd....
