I also heard in an interview that Wayne has taken psychology classes... first he went(physically) to the lessons, but that became impossible after a while ("WHY" one could ask himself ). So he kept following them, but took an online course... donno if he ever graduated, but he sure has some background knowledge for this job !
PS: If I were held in Rikers, en heard that Wayne was supervising the "suicidal"-department, I'd just "fake it" that I would wanna kill myself, just to be able to see lil wayne every day and talk to him haha !
Man, I would lay down A LOT just to be able to follow Weezy like a day in Rikers... I'm SOO curious about how things go around there... Is a documentary about his life in Rikers a possibility ? Thought I'd read it somewhere...

Not about his life but I watched something on Videogoogle.
From a few ex-members from Rikers Island.. and they say that it's pretty dangerous in Rikers.
People get stabbed in the face etc. Fights and guards that hit people up for nothing etc.

I thought he has a Bachelors Degree in Psychology and got it in Texas or something. Like other people, i could be wrong.
But Wayne has been through alot, and i'm sure he has some stories to tell people who want to kill themselves. I mean, Wayne lost his step-father at a young age, lost his virginity at a young age, and shot himself at a young age. And he's still young, too.
