I thought those were kinda plaid pants, It's too difficult to see the shoes he's wearing. Another white sox hat I see. I like that leather varsity jacket later in the video. It looks like it says C and Chicago in the middle of it????

No doubt, the blank one is as close as you will get. Plus, you could buy your own Patch "O" or any other letter for about $15
