no they arent custom made. ive seen them in a store/ website. cant really remember, but it was a skater store or smt like bape etc.
edit: this shorts could be from "zimtstern" . ive seen them in a shop in mannheim, germany.

If you caught some behind the scenes footage of the “I’m On One” video, you might have seen Weezy
rocking some dope shorts. But if you’re trying to get your hands on a
pair…unfortunately you’re not going to be able to! Wayne’s stylist Marisa custom
designed these shorts just for Tune, but maybe you can bug her on Twitter enough
to have her make you a pair?? Ha!
