I think he goes with the trend. He went from white tee to wife beater and bape to preppy. What he's rocking now is similar to what Juelz & Jimmy Jones have been rocking for a while now. I think Wayne does this because he's really short, skinny & dark...a size bigger or baggy clothes will make him look like a toothpick.
