Is the image on your harddisk or on the web?
If its on your harddisk then upload the image to a site like http://imageshack.us/ and then when you post a reply, press the Img button and put in the URL for the image.

You're are definitely not going to find some that are EXACTLY like those because they are custom.You can tell because they're custom because they are extremely hard to find,the swoosh is gone,and plus,Weezy rocks a lot of custom stuff.
